Local records
The app saves team names, participant nicknames, optional roles and notes, session titles and dates, attendance marks, archived records, an unfinished form, search filters, and app preferences in private device storage. Session records keep snapshots of participant names and roles. Removing a participant from a roster does not automatically remove those snapshots from previous sessions. No account or registration is required. Records are not uploaded to a developer server. This version has no advertising, analytics, attribution, payment, or wagering integration.
Sharing and copying you choose
You can review a roster or session summary, then choose Android sharing or Copy text. The summary can include names, roles, session details, and attendance. Notes are excluded by default and are included only if you enable Include notes. Draft forms are not included. Android sharing hands the chosen text to the destination app you select. Copy text places it on the system clipboard. The destination app, recipient, and device clipboard features control their copies. These are readable summaries, not database backups. Share only information you are entitled to share.
Retention, deletion, and backup
The roster database is stored in Android's private no-backup directory and is excluded from Android automatic backup. Records remain until you delete them, erase all local data, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Archiving retains records. Deleting a team removes its attendance sessions. To remove a participant's saved history, delete the relevant sessions as well. Delete all local data removes app records and preferences after confirmation. It does not delete copies you already shared, copied, or emailed. The separate terms/privacy state and website data are separate from the roster database.
Privacy website and support
The separate terms and privacy page uses an internet connection when displayed. The website hosting provider receives ordinary connection information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect that page. The app does not attach its saved records to that request. If you choose to email support, your email service sends the information you include. No support message or diagnostic attachment is sent automatically.
Changes and contact
